The competition is for the transport of waste, framework agreement. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The competition is for the collection, transport and treatment of five different waste types from businesses, the recycling station and huts that are received at Rokke waste facility in Halden municipality. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 30,000,000 excluding VAT. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The contract is subject to changes in budget, routines and operations that can affect the total volumes. Procurement - Transport and treatment of hazardous building waste Attvin, 2026 (2)
The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The aim of the contract is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for transport and treatment of hazardous building waste, from Attvin to final treatment at a certified treatment facility, in accordance with the requirement specifications. The aim is also to ensure that hazardous waste is taken care of in such a way that it does not create pollution or damage to humans or animals, or danger to it, and to contribute to an appropriate and reliable system for handling hazardous waste, cf. The Waste Regulations chapter 11. The contract is for: Waste with phthalates (e.g. floor coverings), waste that contains bronched flame retardants, waste containing chlorinated paraffins and for the options waste that includes PUR foam insulation and pressure impregnated and creosoted wood. Comments on the contract: Responsibility for the waste is to be taken over by a tenderer when the waste is charged in the tenderer ́s vehicles. The procurement is for the treatment of various types of hazardous building waste and building waste that cannot be handled together with normal household and commercial waste due to chemical, physical and/or biological qualities. Waste types included in this agreement are in accordance with the price form. Everything that is collected as hazardous waste shall be treated at a certified treatment facility. Emphasis is put on the fact that the hazardous waste in accordance with this agreement shall be directly to the final treatment facility and not the reception facility. Tenderers shall, thus, offer final treatment of the hazardous waste at one/several treatment facilities in accordance with requirements. Fractions other than what is stated may be included in this agreement. The volume of NOK shall not, nevertheless, exceed the maximum amount set for the contract. New waste types in the contract period: If new waste types are added in the contract period, it shall be possible for the customer to enter into this agreement if they do not make up a significant part of the contract. In such cases the same price calculations shall be used for new waste types as for other waste types in this contract. The contracting authority reserves the right, however, to hold a new competition for new waste types during the contract period. Sanitation services for industrial waste.
Background The tender contest applies for the following municipalities: Harstad municipality Kvæfjord municipality Tjeldsund municipality Lødingen municipality The municipalities shall enter into a new contract for the collection and treatment of commercial waste. The municipalities have several locations with different types of activity and waste flow. This sets requirements for a system that provides better control, more enjoyable practice and simple operation across addresses and devices. There is also a need for safe systematic handling of hazardous waste and other waste fractions that require special follow-up. The aim of the procurement is to establish a uniform and operational friendly system for the collection, transport and treatment of business waste. The system shall contribute to better compliance with regulations, a higher degree of sorting, more predictable logistics and better documentation of waste management in the municipality. Description of the assignment The assignment includes collection, transportation and treatment of business waste from several locations and different addresses in the municipalities. The procurement shall cover the municipalities ́ continuous need for waste management through a combined and uniform service. The delivery shall include handling mixed commercial waste and relevant waste fractions, including food waste, glass and metal, cardboard, plastic, residue waste, hazardous waste, EE-waste, confidential waste and infected waste. The assignment also includes the necessary handling and follow-up of fractions that require special documentation and traceability. A flexible collection scheme is requested that safeguards both planned emptying and the need for extra emptying and urgent orders. The system shall support predictable logistics and equal practice across the municipality ́s locations. Furthermore, tenderers shall offer relevant follow-up and general documentation connected to the execution of the assignment. This includes, among other things, digital traceability and deviation reporting per location, as well as environmental documentation and statistics divided between fractions. Scope The estimated value per annum and for the entire contract period including an option for each municipality: Harstad municipality: NOK 5,200,000,000 per annum - NOK 50,000,000 for the contract period. Framework agreement for the procurement and delivery of coagulants for water treatment.
VAV coagulant that is certified by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority for water treatment is required in order to deliver clean drinking water to Oslo city. The need for coagulants is estimated to be approx. 2,000 tons per annum. The agency will enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The agreement is exclusive. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 100,000,000 excluding VAT for the entire contract period. The estimate was made based on historical figures and the expected future use in accordance with the Contracting Authority's best judgement.
