IKOMM AS lobt im Auftrag der Gemeinde Enebakk einen Wettbewerb für die Beschaffung eines neuen Top-Management-Systems (SCADA/SD) für die Kläranlagen und zugehörigen Pumpstationen aus. Die Gemeinde beschafft ein gemeinsames, modernes Top-System zur Überwachung und Steuerung von zwei Kläranlagen und 33 Pumpstationen. Ziel ist der Ersatz fragmentierter Systeme, höhere Betriebssicherheit, verbessertes Ereignismanagement und vollständige Rückverfolgbarkeit von Prozessdaten. Das System muss strenge Anforderungen an Informationssicherheit und Bereitschaft erfüllen, Betriebs- und Energiekosten senken und aktuelle Umwelt- und Berichtsanforderungen erfüllen. Das aktuelle System basiert auf lokaler Installation und Kommunikation via 4G, Glasfaser und Funk. Die Datenerfassung für Berichte und Analysen ist begrenzt. Hintergrund ist der Bedarf an einem moderneren, sicheren und skalierbaren gemeinsamen System für beide Kläranlagen mit besserem Überblick, einfacherer Berichterstattung und zukünftiger Integrationsmöglichkeit. Nur Abwasserbehandlung; Wasserversorgung ist nicht Teil des Projekts.
