SYKEHUSINNKJØP HFVADSØDeadline: Jun 24The aim of the procurement is to enter into a national framework agreement for the procurement of estimated 40,000 full blood bags for the regional health authorities (Helse Vest RHF, Helse Sør-Øst RHF, Helse Midt-Norway RHF and Helse Nord RHF). The stated consumption/extent is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. The maximum volume for the framework agreement is estimated volume + 20%. The four regional health authorities need to procure blood bags for full blood. The bags shall be able to be used on stand-by in hospitals and in municipalities. In addition it shall be possible to use them for medical tapping. SYKEHUSINNKJØP HFVADSØThe objective of the procurement is to enter into a procurement contract for the purchase of 1 complete pipetting robot, including software and any necessary licence(s) for intended use, to the Pathology Department at Helse Stavanger HF. The pipetting robot shall be delivered with UV light, thermosclers and a fully validated method for Illumina TSO500 v2 and KAPA EvoPrep Boost Kit v2. At the same time a framework agreement shall be signed for the procurement of associated equipment dependant consumables. An option is to be offered for service, cf. Annex 10 - Overview of service levels, service courses, extended training in programming/advanced functions (if offered), suitable table for lab (if table model), barcode reader with the necessary software (if offered), fully validated method for Illumina TSO500 ctDNAv2, programming and verification of the modified Roche KAPA EvoPrep Boost Kit v2 protocol and other life costs (spare parts/wearing parts/maintenance parts). The option for a suitable table applies for 4 years from the last electronic signing date. Other options apply from the last electronic signing date and as long as the equipment is in use by the Contracting Authority. The options can be price adjusted in accordance with the procurement contract point 4.2. The consumption of equipment dependent consumables can vary from year to year. The estimated pipetting extent is approx. 700 samples per annum. The maximum pipetting scope is 2,000 samples per annum. The pipetting robot shall be used to pipet patient samples and reagents for preparing NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) library for small and medium scale analyses/research project. The background for the procurement is increased use of NGS in routine operations, clinical studies and research projects, and as a result there is a greater need for flexibility in all parts of the analysis process. The objective of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for the purchase of head lights for Helse Bergen HF. SYKEHUSINNKJØP HFVADSØThe objective of the procurement is to enter into a procurement contract for the purchase of 14 complete floor standing anaesthesia apparatuses and a framework agreement for the procurement of associated equipment depending consumables for Helse Førde HF. The devices shall be delivered with a patient system, evaporator for sevofluran, complete sekretsuge, ejector suction to flue gas from anaesthesia (passive), arm for suspension of the monitoring monitor and arm for suspension of journal PCs, attachment for patient module, holder for bag and cable protector on wheels. In addition a total of two extra patient systems and four cleaning disks shall be delivered together with the main delivery. An option is to be offered for service, cf. Annex 10 - Overview of service levels, service courses, e-learning programme (if offered), cleaning kit (supplementary procurement), complete circular system (supplementary procurement), 5 complete anaesthesia apparatuses (equivalent to the main product) and relevant wearing parts/spare parts and loan equipment. The options for the procurement of anaesthesia devices apply for four years from the last electronic signing date. Other options shall apply for as long as the equipment is in use. The options can be price adjusted in accordance with the procurement contract point 4.2. The estimated value of the framework agreement is 480 kg CO2 absorber per annum and 168 water traps per annum. Flow sensors will be replaced according to the manufacturer ́s recommendation, if applicable. The stated consumption/extent is an estimate for information to the tenderer and is not binding for the future contract volume. The maximum scope is estimated scope + 30 %. The apparatuses shall be used for surgeries and procedures where anaesthesia is given at Helse Førde HF. There is an opportunity to submit parallel tender offers in the competition, a maximum of two tenders per tenderer.
