The licence to be awarded under this licence agreement concerns the provision of two mobile concession stands in two locations in Kildare County Council managed parks; Kerdiffstown Park and deBurgh Woodland Gardens, for a one (1) year duration, with the option to renew yearly for a maximum of three (3) years. The successful tenderer to whom the licence is awarded will be required to provide a professionally managed, high-quality service at the two locations. The successful tenderer will be required to vacate each site each day. If you are not in a position to supply and operate in both locations, but you are in a position to operate one; either Kerdiffstown Park or deBurgh Woodland Gardens, please consider submitting a tender for consideration, specifying which location you are interested in. The final location will be chosen at the discretion of Kildare County Council.

It is the Contracting Authorities intention to enter into a Shortlist Agreement with Shortlist Members in a Multi-Party Shortlist for Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Certification and Subsequent Operation and Maintenance of Electric Vehicle Chargers and associated infrastructure under the Department of Transport’s Regional and Local EV Charging Network Plan. This plan is being implemented by Zero Emission Vehicles Ireland (ZEVI) section of the Department of Transport and Local Authorities. The country has been divided up into regions for this implementation. Cork County Council and Kerry County Council areas form Region 6. Cork County Council is the lead authority for Region 6 and is managing this procurement. The supply and associated works and services for installation and commissioning will be funded through the Department of Transport – ZEVI. This is the first stage of this competitive procedure whereby any interested party may submit a response to the Request for Tender in order to be considered for inclusion on the next stage. Following evaluation, the top five (5) scoring applicants will be invited to tender at stage 2, should that number qualify.
