The contract will be established for an initial period of one (1) year, with the possibility of extension for an additional one (1) year. Contract(s) will be awarded on a per-Lot basis i.e. per oblasts. Interested bidders may submit offers for any one or more Lots; however, partial offers within a Lot will not be accepted.
