Tender description
The Maritime Area Regulatory Authority (MARA) invites interested parties to submit responses to this request for tender for services relating to the design of a competitive framework which will be used when MARA launches a call for a Maritime Area Consent (MAC) to be awarded on the basis of a competitive process. The framework will be in line with the provisions of the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (MAPA 2021). It will be used by MARA to invite applications for all forms of ORE development within designated maritime area plans (DMAPs) established by Government.

The SC-DMAP is situated off the coast of County Cork, Waterford and Wexford. As part of a new plan-led regime, the offshore wind Phase Two policy approved by Government in March 2023 requires that all future offshore renewable energy developments in Ireland will take place within Designated Maritime Area Plans (DMAPs), which will be established according to provisions in the Maritime Area Planning Act, 2021. Specifically, all future developments will take place at specific sites within DMAPs that have been identified for this purpose by Government. In October 2024, the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications made the South Coast Designated Maritime Area Plan for Offshore Renewable Energy (SC DMAP), following the approval of both Houses of the Oireachtas. The framework agreement shall cover Statnett's need for services and advisory support within user interfaces, control room design, layout and the organisation of work processes in control rooms, including the development of prototypes and/or simulations of design solutions. A framework agreement is entered into with a single supplier. Norwegian Ministry of Foreign AffairsOsloDeadline: Oct 03The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Foreign Ministry) is planning to announce a competition for a framework agreement for the delivery of armoured vehicles. The contracting authority shall establish a contract for the procurement of standardised vehicles, either armoured at the factory or by alteration companies. The armour ring shall be in accordance with European standards. The main content of the delivery will be (i) the vehicles themselves (type SUV/Mini-van), (ii) possibility of fulfilment of various specifications and modifications to the vehicles, and (iii) option for delivery of the vehicles in different degrees of armour. The tender documentation will have a number of specific requirements for the vehicles, where orders can vary. This includes i.a. requirements for the possibility of delivery of vehicles with different degrees of armour, and other functional and technical modifications.
