Tensio and Linea are Norwegian network companies (distribution system operators DSO-er) with responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the distribution network for electricity, as well as ensuring stable and reliable electricity supply to customers. The two network companies are carrying out a Request for Information (RFI) in order to gain insight into the market ́s systems and possibilities connected to modern customer information systems (KIS) and customer 360 platforms. This RFI is part of an ongoing concept phase, where the aim is to explore future systems that can replace or supplement the current KIS platform. Tensio and Linea would like answers from both suppliers who offer complete platforms and from suppliers who provide specialised modules. Tenderers can also cooperate or establish partnerships to deliver a combined system. Replies shall be submitted through the communication tab in Mercell by 22.09.2026.
