The extent and scope of works will fulfil the requirements of the South East Technological University (Waterford and Kilkenny campuses) and associated subsidiary companies as they arise and will be agreed on an ongoing basis and executed subject to the issue of the relevant appointment documentation. The duration of the Term Contract will initially be 1 year with the option for South East Technological University to extend the contract, by prior agreement with the successful Term Contractor, by one extra year i.e. to a total of 2 years and then by a further optional one extra year i.e. to a total of 3 years, also by prior agreement with the successful Term Contractor.
