Market Consultation - Questionnaire on the Further Development of HVDC Multiterminal Systems towards Multi-Vendor
In 2024, the four German TSOs (4GTSO) - 50Hertz Transmission GmbH, Amprion GmbH, TenneT TSO GmbH and TransnetBW GmbH - jointly concluded contracts, following an EU-wide procurement process, for the research and development of 525 kV Bipole HVDC single-vendor Multiterminal systems. This technology allows the flexible interconnection of multiple HVDC lines, so-called DC-Hub projects. Following this approach, the 4GTSOs are now aiming to take the next step in advancing the technology by transitioning from a single-vendor to a multi-vendor setup. As an initial step, the 4GTSOs intend to conduct a gap analysis as part of this market consultation to identify key blocking points related to this transition and to gather the market’s perspective. To this end, the 4GTSOs have developed a structured questionnaire. Request for tender for the provision of Oracle Cloud@Customer Implementation, Managed Services and Anciliary Services
The primary purpose of this project is to provide services to design, plan and implement the migration of the core Oracle Database systems of ICBF, Production, DR and Test/Dev, from X8M Exadata Cloud @ Customer and X9M Exadata Cloud Services to X11M Exadata Cloud @ Customer and X11M Exadata Cloud Services. In addition, the migration of ZFS Storage Appliance to combination of Oracle Zero Data Loss Recovery Appliance (ZDLRA) RA23 and a new ZFS ZS11-2 Storage Appliance. Secondly, to provide on-going managed services for the databases and the mentioned solution above, including the cloud infrastructure elements of the solution. Thirdly, to provide services for the design, planning and implementation of a Disaster Recovery tenancy within the OCI estate, separate from the database solution referenced above. The scope of these services shall include, but not be limited to, compute instances, Kubernetes cluster, networking, and storage components. Finally, Software Asset Management, Application Development and support services covering PHP, Kubernetes, Mobile, dotNet and data testing are also required.
