Innovationsbedürfnis "Teleoperierte UGV-Plattform für taktische Kommunikationsmittel" Die Schweizer Armee benötigt resiliente Kommunikationsstationen, um taktische Verbindungen über grosse Distanzen, in schwierigem Gelände oder durch truppenleere Räume sicherzustellen. Ein typisches Beispiel ist die Verbindung zwischen einem vorgeschobenen Aufklärungselement und einem rückwärtigen Kommandoposten. Zwischen beiden können mehrere Kilometer Gelände ohne eigene Truppen liegen, sodass keine durchgehende Mesh-Verbindung gewährleistet ist und daher ist die direkte Kommunikationsverbindung nicht ausreichend zuverlässig. Die militärische Einsatz- und Funkplanung entscheidet deshalb, eine dedizierte Kommunikationsstation einzusetzen und bestimmt den einzunehmenden Standort beziehungsweise einen klar definierten Zielraum. Im Rahmen des Studienauftrags soll geprüft werden, wie eine bodengebundene, teleoperierte UGV-Lösung, welche ein bestehendes taktisches Kommunikationssystem in einen vorgegebenen Einsatzraum transportiert, vor Ort während mindestens 72 Stunden mit Energie versorgt und bei Bedarf dessen Verlegung und Rückführung ermöglicht. Es soll eine UGV-Lösung einschliesslich Mobilität, Teleoperation, Energieversorgung, Nutzlastaufnahme, technischer Überwachung und Bergungslösung bereitgestellt werden. Hierbei ist relevant, dass die UGV-Lösung im aktuellen Studienauftrag teleoperiert wird und sich die Bedienstation und das UGV ausser Sichtweite befinden. Entsprechend sind autonomes Fahren sowie eine selbstständige Routen- oder Standortwahl aktuell keine Grundanforderungen.
