Die Maßnahme umfasst die Errichtung eines neuen Kanalnetzes für die Lüftungsverteilung innerhalb eines Brandabschnitts sowie den Rückbau des Bestandsnetzes bis zu den Regelklappen. Der Anschluss erfolgt an bestehende zentrale Zuluft- (144.000 m³/h) und Fortluftanlagen (146.000 m³/h) mit Wärmerückgewinnung. Die Raumaufteilung gliedert sich in Büroflächen, eine Dunkelzone und eine Laborzone.
