Ziel: Koordination der Umsetzung der Cross-Regional Connectivity Agenda für Transport, Energie und Digitales in der Schwarzmeerregion (Türkei, Armenien, Aserbaidschan, Georgien, Moldau, Ukraine). Leistungen umfassen Koordinationshilfe für Plattformteilnehmer, Vernetzung öffentlicher Akteure mit Investoren, Back-Office-Funktionen (Dokumentation, Veranstaltungsorganisation) sowie Unterstützung bei Projektidentifizierung und -kartierung. Das Secretariat erhält organisatorische und technische Unterstützung zur Förderung von Hart- und Weichverbindungsinfrastruktur-Prioritätsprojekten im Rahmen der Global Gateway-Strategie.
