8Seismological Instruments Lot 1 Surface Accelerometer en Lot 2 Dataloggers
Ministerie van Infrastructuur en WaterstaatDen HaagDeadline: Oct 01The Royal Netherlands Meteorological Institute (KNMI) is legally mandated to monitor and analyse seismic activity in and around the Netherlands. To fulfil this responsibility, KNMI operates a nationwide seismic monitoring network consisting of multiple monitoring stations. Each station is equipped with seismological instrumentation and a data logger that records measurement data and transmits it to KNMI's servers via a router. KNMI analyses these data to meet its statutory obligations, and the data are also made publicly available for (scientific) research. To maintain and operate the monitoring network, KNMI requires reliable seismological instruments that perform accurate and consistent seismic measurements and are capable of delivering data to KNMI. As a contracting authority subject to public procurement legislation, KNMI is required to conduct a procurement procedure for the acquisition of these instruments. The objective of this procurement is to award contracts to one or more suppliers for the supply of seismological monitoring equipment. In addition, the procurement aims to establish an effective long-term relationship between KNMI and the selected supplier(s) for the provision of instruments throughout the duration of the contract. The seismological monitoring network requires measurement equipment for the following purposes: 1. To maintain the operational capability of the existing monitoring network. 2. To expand the existing monitoring network through the installation of new monitoring stations. Scope The scope of this procurement consists of the supply of seismological monitoring equipment, including: • Surface accelerometers with integrated data logger. Dalarna Science ParkBorlängeDeadline: Sep 24The equipment covered by this procurement forms part of the establishment of the Materials Connection Arena (MCA), a new regional knowledge and innovation environment for advanced materials characterization, as well as industry-oriented research and collaboration in North Central Sweden. The initiative aims to strengthen the region's capabilities in research, innovation, skills development, and knowledge transfer by creating a shared platform through which academic institutions, research organizations, and industry stakeholders will gain access to advanced analytical equipment and specialist expertise. This procurement comprises two key instruments that will form an important part of the analytical infrastructure of the Materials Connection Arena: 1. A digital microscope system with integrated or fully compatible LIBS-based elemental analysis (Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy) for advanced optical characterization, dimensional measurement, documentation, failure analysis, and material identification. 2. A surface metrology and 3D surface characterization system for high-resolution measurement of surface geometry, surface roughness, topography, dimensional inspection, and comparison against CAD models and design specifications. They will be used for research, education and training, industrial problem-solving, product development, material selection, reverse engineering, failure investigations, quality assurance, and advanced characterization of metallic, polymeric, ceramic, composite, and emerging materials. Accordingly, the equipment shall be well suited for both academic research and industrial applications and shall be capable of supporting a broad range of current and future challenges in materials engineering, product development, and sustainable industrial transformation. The equipment is expected to contribute to strengthened collaboration between academia and industry and enable enhanced research, innovation, and development capacity for companies and hiLA3215C-UCC-CFT for the Supply of a Suite of Plasma Etcher and Plasma Deposition Tools, 4 Lots
Education Procurement Service (EPS)LimerickDeadline: Jul 24Tenders are sought for the supply delivery, installation and commissioning of a suite of tools in 4 Lots for silicon-based and dielectric materials for University College Cork. The new plasma tools will enhance the capabilities at the Tyndall National Institute for the fabrication of semiconductor devices, especially silicon microelectronics and silicon MEMS, but also other materials such as germanium and silicon carbide. We invite proposals for the following lots; Lot 1 Plasma Etcher Silicon Dielectrics, advanced plasma etching system capable of etching for polysilicon poly-Si silicon dioxide SiO2 silicon nitride SiN thin films using medium high-density plasma processes. Lot 2 Plasma Etcher Metals Piezoelectrics, advanced plasma etching system capable of etching for aluminium Al and alloys molybdenum Mo aluminium scandium nitride AlScN thin films using medium high-density plasma processes. Lot 3 Plasma Etcher Slow and Controllable Rate Atomic Layer Etch for Silicon Dielectrics, advanced plasma etching system capable of both conventional high-rate etching and slow and controllable rate atomic layer etching for silicon Si silicon dioxide SiO2 silicon nitride SiN thin films using medium high-density plasma processes. Lot 4 Plasma Deposition PECVD, advanced plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition system capable of depositing dielectric SiO2, SiN and amorphous a-Si thin films on semiconductor substrates. This equipment will be essential for etching and depositing a range of materials used in the fabrication of silicon microelectronics, silicon photonics and silicon MEMS devices. The ideal tools will offer precision, reliability, and efficiency to meet the requirements for etching and deposition on both 100 mm and 200 mm diameter wafers. Tenderers with cutting-edge solutions that can achieve these high standards are encouraged to submit their proposals for this vital component in our technological advancement.automatisiertes Elektrophoresesystem
