Leistungen umfassen Place & Route für digitale Design-Teile bis Top-Level basierend auf Chip-Spezifikation, Verilog-Netzlisten, SDC-Daten und Floorplans inkl. Layout-Extraktion und physikalischer Verifikation (DRC, LVS). Zusätzlich Arbeiten an Interposer-Layer (Silizium/Organisch) für Chiplet-Designs. Umsetzung in Kooperation mit IIS mittels Cadence (P&R) und Mentor (DRC, LVS) auf IIS-Servern (remote/on-site). Verpflichtend: Cadence Innovus, Quantus, 2.5D-Tools, Mentor Calibre, Kenntnisse von Cadence AI-Tools. Monatliche Fortschrittsberichte. Akzeptanzkriterien: Design-Flow, Dokumentation und Datenbank auf IIS-Servern, korrekte Layout-Funktionalität in Reviews nachgewiesen. Weitere Details in der Vergabeunterlage.
