You are invited to submit your quotation offering your best prices and delivery conditions to UNESCO for goods and related services as described below: As part of the Youth Empowerment Project in South Lebanon, UNESCO is supporting young people to develop their skills, creativity and participation through media and digital content creation. Within this framework, UNESCO plans to equip a dedicated media and content creation studio that will provide young people with an accessible, practical and user-friendly space to produce quality digital content for social media and online platforms. The studio will support activities including: Video interviews Podcasts Social media content Reels and short-form vertical videos YouTube and online video content Basic photography Audio recording Basic video and audio editing Youth-led media productions The objective is to establish a basic but complete and functional studio that can be operated by young people following basic orientation and training. The project does not require sophisticated broadcast-level equipment. The proposed solution should prioritize quality, reliability, ease of use, compatibility, sustainability and value for money. Suppliers are requested to submit their quotation in PDF format, with the technical and financial proposals clearly identified.
