The World Health Organization (WHO) Country Office in Ukraine invites you to submit your proposal for the following tender procedure: Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2026/EURO/UKR/0213 – Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Battery Energy Storage Systems (ESS) and Online UPS Systems for Healthcare Facilities in Ukraine. Bidders may submit proposals for one, several, or all lots. The tender includes two categories of equipment: Battery Energy Storage Systems (ESS) and Online UPS Systems intended to provide backup power supply for various types of medical equipment. Bidders are encouraged to review the technical requirements for each lot and submit proposals for the lots that match their product portfolio and capabilities. The evaluation will be conducted separately for each hospital. WHO reserves the right to award one or more contracts on a per-hospital basis and may select different suppliers for different hospitals. Award decisions will be based on the evaluation of the received bids, including technical compliance, supplier capacity, and proposed delivery timelines.
