Der Auftrag umfasst die Überwachung der Bauarbeiten, Signal- und Telekommunikationstechnik (Phase 3) sowie die Elektrifizierung der gesamten Strecke von Kumanovo bis zur bulgarischen Grenze (Phasen 1-3). Die Tätigkeit erfolgt als FIDIC-Ingenieur gemäß FIDIC Yellow Book (1999) und unter Einhaltung der mazedonischen Gesetzgebung.
