Leistungen umfassen: Entwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen/Strategien, Optimierung von Organisationsstrukturen (inkl. digitaler Transformation), Bewertung von Fondslösungen/PPP, Beratung zu KI/GenAI (Governance, Best Practices), Markt-/Wettbewerbsanalysen, Unterstützung bei Investitionsbedarfen, Moderation/Workshops. Schätzmenge: 4.200 Beratertage gesamt. Es wird Los 1 (geschäftsfeldübergreifende Strategieberatung) ausgeschrieben; Los 2 (fachspezifische Beratung) folgt separat.
