Racks for SFRS and NUSTAR
The required 19"-racks will be used for the installation of different computer and measurement technologies such as data acquisition systems, motor drives, measurement and diagnostic devices, PLC, and computer systems along the beamline of the Super-FRS (Superconducting Fragment Separator) which is part of the particle accelerator facility FAIR (Facility for Antiproton and Ion Research) being under construction in Darmstadt, Germany. Since the 19"-racks will be located next or in nearby niches to the beamline, an easy accessibility and a modifiability are required due to a higher radiation level environment. Each 19"-rack will serve as a standardized enclosure for various 19"-rack mountable electronic systems such as VME-, µTCA-, NIM-, and high voltage-crates and -modules. BA-26-022-GK E3 Land pipeline
The procurement is for construction work in connection with the laying of water pipelines on land in stretch E6 to the water treatment facility (VBA), for Gjøvik municipality. The contract also includes the establishment of a temporary roundabout in Skumsrudvegen, establishment of site roads, excavation on land, work on cultivated land such as laying of water and sewage pipelines, reinventing matter and separation of rock from masses, drilling under Skumsrudvegen, pipe sheet for water and sewage routes skumsrudvegen-VBA, reception and laying of PE pipes and pipe parts, refill works, adjustments etc. Hammer drilling shall be carried out for 3 DN813, 1 DN457 pipe pipe under Skumsrudvegen, and pulling in water and sewage pipelines for a pipe under Skumsrudvegen. In addition this contract includes the establishment of a rigging site and construction road within an area that is currently used for agriculture. Other work, including the sea facility and the actual water treatment facility, will be established through several separate contracts. The contracting authority with the pipe supplier delivers PE pipelines to the stated area of the rigging site. The rigging site will be chosen by the builder in accordance with the prepared drawings. The delivery date must be adapted to the tenderer ́s progress, in the relevant time period. A binding delivery plan will be prepared in consultation with the pipe supplier and tenderer. Pipes are to be delivered and stored for 18 or 20 metres. The executing contractor on site shall be responsible for the development of rigging places and supply roads in a condition that enables deliveries of pipes up to the relevant delivery length. The receiving inspection and unloading of pipes from the vehicle will be carried out by the executing contractor in this contract. The works are further described in the tender documentation part III. The procurement ́s value is estimated to NOK 45,000,000 excluding VAT. Stage machinery Studioscenen
The tender contest is for the replacement of the upper stage machinery at Studioscenen at Dansens hus in Oslo, according to the Technical Specification. The current system is nearing the end of its lifetime. In addition, the system is limited in functionality, lacks positioning and load monitoring, and does not meet the current security requirements. Other targets for the upgrade include: * Several options/points for suspension. * Simple changes and shorter restructuring time between productions. * Better working environment. It shall not be necessary to use a lift to move hoists or suspension points. * Possibilities for movement during performances. The project consists of two parts: 1. Construction work consisting primarily of changes to the steel structure in the roof as well as moving building technical installations. 2. Engineering design, production and installation of the stage machinery. Each project part is a turnkey contract where the turnkey contractor has the full responsibility for engineering design, planning, production, installation, testing, training and documentation. This competition is for project part 2, delivery of the stage machinery. The planned solution is based on a system with traditional stage features with the addition of point stretches. There will be up to 16 stage covers, 2 side covers and 4 courts for a variable number of concentrated stretches. The pulley rods are to be carried by four steel wires or steel band. A steel construction dedicated to the stage machinery will be installed by another contractor. The existing HEA beams will be disassembled. Eight new beams will be assembled in the hall ́s longitudinal direction, placed so that four are used for stage stretches and four for concentrated stretches and/or other temporary equipment. The machinery will be located above the balcony on one side of the stage. A dividing wall will be set up to create an engine room and screen for sound between the winches and the stage. The entire system, including the pulleys and control system with security functions, shall be constructed in accordance with the norm NO-EN 17206 "Event technology, machinery for stages and other production areas, Safety requirements and inspections". The installation shall fulfil relevant EU directives, including directives for machines, low voltage and EMC. Development of relevant planning tools for water security and climate resilience in Urban Areas in Tanzania (Output 2 and Output 3 of ProWaS)
GIZ has been commissioned to implement the project "Water Security and Climate Resilience for Urban Areas and their Catchments in Tanzania (ProWaS)" in Tanzania on behalf of the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The Overall Objective of the project is the sustainable improvement of the population"s access to drinking water and sanitation services, as well as the management of water resources. GIZ"s political implementation partner is the Ministry of Water, and coordination subnational entities such as Basin Water Boards, Catchment Committees, Water Supply and Sanitation Authorities, and Local Government Authorities is also key to the project methodology. As part of the process to achieve universal access to water as envisioned in the Tanzania Development Vision 2025, water sector stakeholders, guided by the Ministry of Water, have introduced three instruments as part of the Water Sector Development Programme: (1) Joint Town-level Master Planning (JTPs): Assist Water Supply and Sanitation Authorities (WSSAs) and Local Government Authorities (LGAs) to coordinate joint planning and investment decisions to improve access to water and sanitation; (2) Water Safety Planning (WSPs): Guide WSSAs to identify risks (in particular climate-change) affecting water quality and quantity and develop mitigation measures to address these risks via a participatory approach; (3) Water Allocation Planning (WAPs): Guide Basin Water Boards (BWBs) to make equitable allocations of water resources for different water users and the environment. The JTPs and CR-WSPs are among the key performance indicators for Water Supply and Sanitation Authorities (WSSAs) in Tanzania and the WAPs are among the key performance indicators for BWBs in Tanzania. The Ministry of Water has requested the Federal German Government through ProWaS to upscale the JTPs and CR-WSPs to more urban areas and WSSAs as well as create new WAPs in Tanzania. The contractor will on behalf of the ProWaS project create 3 JTPs, and 3 WAPs in accordance with the respective guidelines prepared by the Ministry of Water. The CR-WSPs are not in the scope of this contract. This will require close coordination with the GIZ Project Team in Tanzania as well as National, Regional, and Local Tanzanian water authorities. The JTPs are defined by the municipality (i.e. town) in a particular region, while the WAPs are defined by the basin and the sub-catchment. A team of national and international experts shall be provided by the Contractor for this purpose. Through the completion of the three aforementioned Work Packages, the contractor is responsible for contributing to the Module Objective, Output 2, Output Indicator 2.2, and Output 3 and is responsible for achieving Module objective Indicator 3 and Output indicator 2.1 as described in this document. The Module Objective is, "The framework for improving water security in catchments of urban areas is adapted to the challenges of climate change." Output 2 is as follows: "Water and sanitation authorities, in collaboration with local consultants, have identified priority projects to improve access to climate-resilient water and sanitation services." It is accompanied by the following two indicators: Indicator 2.1: Fifteen JTPs have been drawn up by WSSA together with Local Government Authorities (base value of 5 JTPs exist, 7 others to be completed by project, three remaining to be completed by the contractor); Indicator 2.2 : In a survey, 16/30 stakeholders from Water Supply and Sanitation Authorities (WSSAs) and the MoW confirm the use of the gender-sensitive expert database in the development of JTPs, Water Safety Plans, and priority projects to improve access to climate-resilient water supply and sanitation services (16 positive responses). In addition, Module Objective Indicator 3 is as follows, "Water catchment authorities (3 total) have developed an evidence-based gender-sensitive Water Allocation Plan (WAP) in each selected sub-catchment (3 sub-catchments), based on current, climate-resilient hydrological data." Work Package 1 relates to Output 2 and the two corresponding indicators. Work Package 2 relates to Module Objective Indicator 3.
