Der Stahlbeton-Gelenkbau mit Glasfassade aus den 1960er-Jahren bildet die zentrale Verbindung zwischen Bauteil 4 und 2B. Kernsanierung und energetische Ertüchtigung mit Erneuerung der Abwasser-, Trinkwasser-, Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Elektroinstallationen. Modernisierung der Sanitärbereiche und neue Heizkörper mit Einzelraumregelung. Fertigstellung bis Juni 2029.
