Gesucht: ophthalmologisches Daten-/Workflow-Frontend und Schnittstellenkonfiguration. ZEISS FORUM dient als Fachmodul zur strukturierten Befunderhebung; Ergebnisse werden über HL7-Schnittstellen in i.s.h.med überführt. Maßnahme ist Teil der Digitalen Patientenakte und wird über KHZG-Fördermittel (Fördertatbestand 3) gefördert.
