Tender description
Sligo County Council (SCC) now requires a suitably qualified geothermal contractor to undertake thermal response testing (TRT) at the Sligo Regional Sports Centre. The principal test borehole is to be a new 200 m grouted vertical borehole heat exchanger that is to be drilled and completed in a manner that facilitates not only the TRT test, but also allows the borehole to be part of the final geothermal collector. This borehole will also require a Distributed Temperature Sensor (DTS) fibre optic cable to be installed to the total depth of the borehole for the purposes of long-term temperature monitoring

Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII)DublinDeadline: Jul 24The M120 Heavy Civils Enabling Works Framework Agreement (the M120 Framework) will provide heavy civils engineering works and ancillary works for the MetroLink programme. The procurement of the M120 Framework (the Competition) will be conducted under the European Union (Award of Contracts by Utility Undertakings) Regulations 2016 (as amended) (SI 286/2016), and will be managed by TII, acting as the contracting authority. The M120 Framework will consist of two (2) separate value-based lots. Both lots will be procured using the negotiated procedure with prior call for competition (per Regulation 46 of the Utilities Regulations) leading to a multi-party Framework Agreement (per Regulation 50 of the Utilities Regulations). Applicants may apply for one (1) lot only. The lots are as follows: M120 Framework Lot 1 – Heavy Civils Enabling Works (Call-off contracts with an estimated value of €50 million or more (excluding VAT) and those determined by the Contracting Authority to be complex call-off contracts of any value which may require specific technical or specialist resources. Lot 1 will consist of call-off contracts for large elements of civils works, which may include station boxes, tunnel portals, single or multi span viaducts, as well as other heavy civils contract packages; M120 Framework Lot 2 – Heavy Civils Enabling Works (Call-off contracts with an estimated value of less than €50 million (excluding VAT) except those to be included in Lot 1. Lot 2 will consist of call-off contracts for elements of civils works, which may include retaining walls, other foundation/support works, as well as other heavy civils contract packages. Conduct of the Competition: Stage 1: The Selection Stage will commence with the publication of a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). Provided that there is a sufficient number of applicants for each lot, five (5) applicants for each of the two (2) lots will be shortlisted. If less than five (5) applicants meet the minimum requirements for a lot, TII reserves the right to proceed with those applicants to the second stage of the procurement for that lot. Stage 2: The Tender Stage for each call-off contract will commence with TII issuing the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) to each tenderer for that lot. Following the conclusion of the Tender Stage, the three (3) highest ranked tenderers under each lot will be appointed to the M120 Framework and will be eligible to compete for future call-off contracts and also the highest ranked tenderer for each of the first call-off contracts will be awarded those contracts. The 4th and 5th ranked tenderers under each lot will be reserve tenderers, TII reserves the right to appoint one of the reserve tenderers to the M120 Framework under certain specified conditions. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich im westlichen Teil das dreigeschossige Rathaus, ein weiterer Teil des Grundstücks ist noch mit einer eingeschossigen KiTa bebaut. Geplant ist, dass diese sobald die neue KiTa in Betrieb gehen kann, zurückgebaut wird. Die Neubauten KiTa und Familienzentrum sowie das Bestandsrathaus werden über einen Platz südlich der Buchbergstrasse erschlossen. Die KiTa beherbergt im Erdgeschoss 4 Gruppenräume für Kinder U3 I Ü3, diese orientieren sich samt zugehörigen Nebenräumen Richtung Osten zu den KiTa Freiflächen hin. Im westlichen Gebäudeteil sind ein großer Mehrzweckraum, Speisesaal, Küche und Personalräume angeordnet. Den Übergang zum eingeschossigen Miniclub im nördlichen Gebäudeteil bilden die Verwaltungsräume der Kita. Der Miniclub erhält als Nutzung die Tagespflege mit 2 weiteren Gruppenräumen. Im Obergeschoss sind weiteren Gruppenräumen untergebracht. Der Grundriss ist ähnlich zum Erdgeschoss aufgebaut, die Gruppenräume sind in Richtung Osten angeordnet mit vorgelagertem Laubengang, der zusammen mit der Außentreppe neben der Funktion Fluchtweg, auch als weitere Außenspielfläche konzipiert ist. Im südlichen Gebäudeteil ist eine große Dachterrasse geplant. Der 1.Bauabschnitt beinhaltet den Neubau von KiTa und Kindertagespflege und wird so positioniert, dass die Freiflächen der bestehenden KiTa soweit möglich erhalten und in Betrieb bleiben können, aber dennoch später ein separierter Freibereich der neuen Kita an der Ostgrenze des Areals entstehen kann. Der 2. Bauabschnitt beinhalten den Umzug der bestehend Kita in den Neubau und den anschließenden Rückbau der Bestandskita. Der 3.Bauabschnitt betrifft den Neubau des Familienzentrums an zentraler Ste le. Auch hierbei ist der Betrieb der neuen KiTa und deren Erreichbarkeit für die Übergangsphase des Neubaus Familienzentrum nahezu uneingeschränkt gewährleistet. Art des Betriebes, der Anlage Der Neubau der KiTa umfasst 7 Gruppen - U3 I Ü3 - mit maximal 147 Kindern im Erd- und Obergeschoss. Für die Kindertagespflege I Miniclub sind 2 Gruppenräume geplant, hier können tagsüber bis zu 27 Kinder betreut werden. Die Zahl der Beschäftigten beläuft sich auf max. 18 Personen im Erdgeschoss und max. 9 Personen im Obergeschoss. Die Küchen im Erd- und Obergeschoss werden mit ca. 4-6 Mitarbeiter:innen betrieben. Sämtliche Nutzungen in der KiTa und Kindertagespflege beschränken sich auf Dienstleistungen.
