Umfang der Leistung Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt die Wartung, Instandsetzung, Störungsbeseitigung und Reparatur von Pumpen, Motoren und Ventilatoren an den Standorten: - IHP01 - Im Technologiepark 25, 15236 Frankfurt (Oder) - IHP02 - Im Technologiepark 7, 15236 Frankfurt (Oder) Der Hauptstandort IHP01 "Im Technologiepark 25" umfasst: - Reinraumbereiche (Bauteile R und RE) - Institutsbereiche mit Labor- und Büroflächen (Bauteile A, B, C, D, E und M) - Werkstattgebäude (Bauteil W) Die Anlagen dienen insbesondere: - der Klimatisierung, - der Versorgung mit Prozesskühlwasser, - der Versorgung mit Kaltwasser, - der Versorgung mit Sanitärwasser, - der Versorgung mit Heizungswasser, - dem Betrieb von Zu- und Abluftanlagen, - dem Betrieb von Abluftwäschern, - dem Betrieb von Abwasseranlagen.
