The aim of the process is to procure a ready developed app/self-help tool that contributes to the prevention/mastering of problematic alcohol use. The service is not required to have certification as medical equipment, but it is the tenderer's responsibility to assess whether the service falls under the regulations. If the service is covered by the regulations for medical equipment, the service is required to be certified in accordance with the regulations. Read more at the Directorate of Medical Products. The tool shall be provided as a service (SaaS). One (1) tool shall be procured. Tenderers are invited to offer several tools, and the contracting authority is free to choose the individual tool that is considered to be the best in accordance with the award criteria.
