Der Landkreis Goslar plant die ganzheitliche Sanierung und Modernisierung des Schulzentrums Braunlage (9802 m² Bruttogrundfläche, 6 Bauteile), das die Oberschule und das Oberharz-Gymnasium als offene Ganztagsschule beherbergt. Die bauliche Umsetzung soll in 5-8 unabhängige Bauabschnitte unterteilt werden und während des laufenden Schulbetriebs erfolgen. Ein Realisierungskonzept ist in enger Abstimmung mit Fachleuten und Nutzern zu erarbeiten. Die Ingenieurleistungen der technischen Ausrüstung (ALG 1-5, 8) werden im Rahmen eines Verhandlungsverfahrens mit Teilnahmewettbewerb vergeben.
