Der Zubau erfolgt auf der Schulerweiterungsfläche westlich der Stübeheide 140 a (Flurstück 1042-1) aufgrund baulicher Enge am Hauptgrundstück. Fassaden werden in farblich passenden Faserzementplatten (Halle) und Klinker (Nebenflächen) in Abstimmung mit der Denkmalpflege geplant. Versiegelte Außenanlagenflächen sind auf ein Minimum zu begrenzen.
