Umfasst: Einholung Schachtscheine, Statik für bekleidete Gerüste (38m Höhe), Herstellen/Abbauen Schutzdach, ca. 900 m² Arbeits-/Schutzgerüst, ca. 770 m² Gerüstbekleidung (Staubschutznetze), ca. 132 m² Bekleidung mit Stahltrapezblech, Außenliegender Treppenaufgang (38m) mit Baubeleuchtung, 3 Bautüren, ca. 400 m Belagsverbreiterung, ca. 50 m Innengeländer, ca. 25 m Dachdeckerfangschutz, 6 Überbrückungen (bis 6m), Aufzugsturm (38m), Baugüteraufzug (Personenbeförderung), Verankerungsprotokolle, Gerüsterdung mit Protokoll, ca. 20 m² Dachabdeckung (Baufolie/Holz), ca. 6 m Gitterträger, Gerüsttunnel, ca. 20 m statische Verstärkungen (Gitterträger), ca. 80 m Bauzaun.
