Sanierung zweier Flachdächer auf dem Unterhauptgebäude der Schleuse Sülfeld Nord: Das Flachdach des Unterhaupts (Baujahr 1938) wird aufgrund des schlechten Zustands der Bitumeneindeckung und Holzkonstruktion komplett zurückgebaut und durch ein neues Sattel-Walmdach mit außenliegender Entwässerung und umlaufendem Laufsteg ersetzt. Das Flachdach des Steuerstands West (Baujahr 1990) ist undicht und weist fehlende Verkleidungsbleche auf; die Bitumenbahnen werden durch Trapezbleche ausgetauscht, die fehlenden Bleche werden vor Ort angefertigt und montiert.
