Stadt Peine sucht Betreiber für neue Kindertagesstätten an drei Standorten (losweise ausgeschrieben): Los 1 Herrenfeldstraße (ca. 3.406 m²), Los 2 Paul-Ehrlich-Weg (ca. 10.304 m²), Los 3 Südlich der K20 (ca. 7.252 m²). Vergabe umfasst Errichtung/Ausstattung des Gebäudes und Außenflächen. Zwei Modelle: 1) Betreiber erwirbt Grundstück, errichtet und betreibt Einrichtung selbst. 2) Investor erwirbt Grundstück, errichtet Gebäude und vermietet es an den Betreiber. Grundstücke werden nur in benötigter Größe für Kitanutzung veräußert. Vertragsdauer ist im Betriebsvertrag geregelt.
