ARBEIDS- OG VELFERDSETATENMo i RanaDeadline: Jun 19Nav initiative Oslo shall procure the Labour Market Initiative Competence Communication and Network Building for persons who have high competence and a need for more comprehensive follow-up assistance than the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration can offer. Competence management and network building is a group based follow-up measure that shall provide job seekers with high competence to get to work through active network building and marketing competence towards relevant employers. The participants shall receive individually adapted follow-up and guidance in job searching, career choices and restructuring. The initiative shall be organised as a company and it shall give participants relevant experience with work forms that they can meet in a real work situation. A central entity in the contract will be market and network work aimed at relevant employers and positions. Follow-up shall provide assistance with the intention that participants shall receive and/or retain work. The aim is that the tenderer shall, to the greatest possible degree, be self-dependent through permanent connection to working life. Further specifications of the service requirements are in the requirement specifications in the tender documentation Part III, annex 1. The contract shall be regulated by the attached contract terms with annexes, cf. the tender documentation Part II and Part III. This is done through training in Norwegian and the labour market, as well as work practice. The course shall strengthen the participant ́s possibilities to take further education, or to get to work and become financially independent. 2. The target group for the course is immigrants with low Norwegian abilities, Norwegian A1 or lower. They can either have little or no experience with Norwegian working life or they may have been working previously. Participants must be older than 19 years old and have a valid residence permit. Participants ́ rights to Norwegian training in municipal management shall be clarified and used before the course place can be given. The Nav office assesses any participants and cooperates with the service provider on recordings. ARBEIDS- OG VELFERDSETATENMo i RanaDeadline: Jul 06The aim of the course is to increase participants ́ Norwegian skills and knowledge of Norwegian working life through systematic Norwegian education in combination with work practice. Work practice shall be actively used as the language arena and the clarification arena, so that participants develop functional oral and written skills that are relevant for work in ordinary working life. The course shall strengthen the participants ́ possibilities for transition to work, further initiatives or education through close follow-up, individual adaptation and cooperation with Nav and practice locations. As a starting point, Nav would like participants who are deemed qualified for vocational language competence aimed at the nursery sector, so that participants can qualify for work as an assistant, or other relevant work in nurseries.National Framework Agreement Scaffolding
