Im Rahmen der laufenden Baumaßnahme an der Grund- und Mittelschule erfolgt die Umsetzung im laufenden Betrieb in mehreren Bauabschnitten, die wiederum in Maßnahmenpakete unterteilt sind. Das zweite Maßnahmenpaket beinhaltet die Kernsanierung der bestehenden Bauteile 3 und 4 der Mittelschule (jeweils drei Geschosse) sowie den Neubau eines nördlichen Querbaus mit zwei Geschossen. Im Zuge dieser Arbeiten wird die gesamte Technische Gebäudeausrüstung vollständig erneuert. Die vorliegende Leistungsbeschreibung beschränkt sich auf den Neubau der Querbaus Nord Grundschule (GSN). Dabei enthalten sind die Kopfbauten der Bauteile 1 und 2.
