Das Projekt umfasst den Teilabbruch (Nordriegel, Verbindungsbau, Atrien), die Entkernung und Sanierung des Bestandsbaus von 1951 sowie einen U-förmigen Neubau. Es entstehen ein dreigeschossiger Unterrichtsbereich, eine zentrale Mensa mit Mehrzweckraum und zwei Innenhöfe. Der Hauptzugang erfolgt barrierefrei von Norden. Ziel ist die Wiederherstellung der Nutzung als Schule.
