Tender description
Für die Karl-Brauckmann-Schule in Holzwickede ist die Errichtung einer Heizwärmeversorgung mittels zwei Sole-Wasser-Wärmepumpen (ca. 261 kW Nennleistung) und Erdwärmesonden geplant. Vorgesehen sind ca. 15 Bohrungen à 240 m Tiefe in zwei Bohrfeldern. Der Auftragnehmer prüft die Auslegung und führt nach der ersten Bohrung einen Thermal-Response-Test durch. Die Anzahl der Bohrungen kann sich um ca. ±30% ändern; die finale Bohrtiefe erfolgt in Abstimmung mit der Genehmigungsbehörde.
