This includes Recruitment, Onboarding, Organisational and Job Structure, Employee Data management, Leave, Compensation, Benefits, Exits, Reporting, and full data migration from existing systems. Payroll and Finance are separate systems and are not in scope for this project. The estimated cost is for the potential term of the contract.
