RFP/257/2026/ASN/ROAS - The International Labour Organization (ILO) is seeking a qualified multiple Jordanian service providers (private sector companies/firms) to support in nationally rolling out the SIYB program, under 3-Lot geographic framework covering ((i) northern governorates, (ii) central governorates, and (iii) southern governorates) Across the entire portfolio. Interested legal entities from Jordanian companies/firms must submit technical and financial proposals in separate digital folders, naming each folder respectively “Annex II – D Technical Proposal - Lot [X] SIYB Rollout” and “Lot [X] SIYB Rollout - Financial Proposal”. The bidders must clearly indicate which Lot they are applying for: Lot 1 - North, Lot 2 - Mid, or Lot 3 - South. Bidders who do not clearly note the single Lot they are applying for will not be considered. Bidders can apply for more than one Lot, but a different supplier will be carrying out the work for one lot only. Proposals should be submitted through the ILO e-Sourcing Platform (Jaggaer).
