Residential training facility

UNFPA Sri Lanka is looking for the follwoing services from hoteliers: Specification. ● Conference Facility - Required a hotel in Colombo, 3 day residential training from 7 to 9 September 2026. ○ 7th and 8th Sep 2026 - (40 pax per day) for residential training from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm○ 9th Sep 2026 - (50 pax per day) for residential training from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm○ Morning and evening running tea / coffee with 2 or 3 snacks given and Lunch required from the hotel  Note: day one - 7 Sep 2026 in the morning refreshment to be arranged at 8:30am) ● Accommodation - for double room half board accommodation○ 7th and 8th Sep 2026 - 30 participants (the number and the gender segregation of the participants are subject to change and will confirm closer to the date)○ *Additionally, please be aware that since approximately 05 participants are coming from out of western province, they may arrive the day before the workshop (06 September 2026), we may need to arrange accommodation accordingly. (We will confirm the number of participants closer to the date) ● Other requirements from the hotel, including;○ 2 Flip charts boards and with 4 flip chart papers○ Notepads and pencil○ Warm Water bottles/water jar○ Projector & screen○ Uninterrupted WiFi connection in the room to connect to theinternet and play a few YouTube videos.○ Sound System UNFPA is using Quantum, an ERP platform based Oracle Cloud, which supports the United Nations procurement processes.
