Die CRU sucht einen Managed Service Provider für umfassende ICT Managed Services, einschließlich Service Desk, Managed Security Operations Centre (SOC) as a Service, optionaler dedizierter Supportressourcen und ad-hoc professioneller Dienstleistungen für ICT-Projekte und operative Aktivitäten. Der Dienstleister muss technischen Support für Infrastruktur, Cloud-Services, physische und virtuelle Systeme sowie Anwendungen auf den Support-Levels 1, 2 und 3 bereitstellen. Der Rahmenvertrag hat eine Laufzeit von 2 Jahren mit Option auf zweimalige Verlängerung um jeweils 12 Monate (maximal 4 Jahre). Die ICT Managed Services und SOC Services sind kontinuierlich während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit erforderlich. Optionale dedizierte Ressourcen und projektbezogene Arbeiten werden nach Bedarf durch vereinbarte Leistungsbeschreibungen beauftragt.
