The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (NDMA) is conducting this Request for Information (RFI) to gather market information on modular and scalable Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Information Systems (C4IS) with embedded navigation capabilities for military craft up to 24 metres in length. The information gathered will support NDMA in assessing available technologies, integration concepts, support arrangements and potential procurement strategies. NDMA intends to explore the possibility of establishing a future framework agreement covering system architecture, embedded navigation solutions, system integration, maintenance, support and lifecycle development. This RFI is conducted solely for market research purposes and does not constitute a procurement procedure or a commitment to procure. NDMA will not carry out a direct procurement based on this RFI and will not provide financial compensation for responses received. NDMA encourages all relevant suppliers and system integrators to respond, including those offering partial solutions or collaborative delivery models. Responses shall be submitted through the Mercell portal, or via e-mail to the Contracting Officer no later than 9 October 2026 at 12:00 (GMT+1).
