Tender description
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to assist the Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration, ‘the Department’, in clarifying its requirements and evaluating potential options for the provision of medico-legal reports for the International Protection Office (IPO), the International Protection Appeals Tribunal (IPAT) and the Tribunal for Asylum and Returns Appeals (TARA). The need for these services is ground in S.23 of the International Protection Act 2015 and in S.148 of the International Protection Act 2026.
