Gesucht wird eine Komplettlösung für kundenspezifische DNA-Oligos (20-40 bp), markierte Oligos und TaqMan/MGB-Sonden für diagnostische Tests (konstitutionelle Proben und Malignome). Das geschätzte jährliche Volumen beträgt ca. 500 kundenspezifische DNA-Oligos, 20 markierte Oligos und 20 Sonden. Ziel ist die Planung, Synthese und Vorvalidierung für den Nachweis von DNA/RNA-Varianten (Punktmutationen, Indels, Genfusionen) für Sanger-Sequenzierung, Fragmentanalyse und quantitative PCR.
