Gesucht werden CROs mit nachgewiesener Erfahrung und ausreichenden Ressourcen. Ziel ist eine Vereinbarung über F&E-Dienstleistungen. Die Ausschreibung ist vom norwegischen Vergaberecht ausgenommen. Ahus nutzt diese Bekanntmachung, um den europäischen Markt zu erreichen und potenzielle CROs zu identifizieren. Eine Aufforderung zur Abgabe von Angeboten folgt an ausgewählte Anbieter.
