Die Ausschreibung betrifft Tiefbauarbeiten zur Neugestaltung der Route Suisse 1 in Gland (Ortsdurchfahrt). Umfasst: Abbruch bestehender Anlagen, Erdarbeiten, Erneuerung und Bau unterirdischer Netze (Regen- und Schmutzwasserkanäle, kommunales Druckwassernetz, Schnittstellen zu Kläranlagen/Nicht-Kommunalnetzen), Leerrohre für öffentliche Beleuchtung und technische Dienste. Komplette Sanierung der Oberflächen: Fahrbahntröge, Bordsteine, Asphaltdecken, Rückhaltesysteme, Fahrbahnmarkierungen, Vorbereitung für Landschaftsbau (Stockholm-Pflanzgruben, Plattformen, Dränagen). Arbeiten in städtischer Umgebung unter starkem Verkehrs- und Betriebsdruck. Erhalt wesentlicher Funktionen während der Bauzeit (RC1, Anliegerzugang, ÖPNV, Fußgänger, Radverkehr). Phasierung, Koordination mit Versorgern, Betreibern, anderen Losen und Behörden sind entscheidend. Enthält alle Nebenleistungen: Baustelleneinrichtung, Sicherheit, Verkehrsmanagement, Wasser-/Bodenschutz, Material-/Abfallmanagement, Qualitätskontrolle, Schnittstellenkoordination, Wiederherstellung.
