Studierendenwerk Karlsruhe AöRKarlsruheDeadline: Sep 14Der Auftraggeber / AG Studierendenwerk Karlsruhe AöR errichtet auf dem Gelände KIT Ost, ehemalige Mackensen Kaserne, mit der postalischen Anschrift Rintheimer Querallee 2c (Flurstück Nr. 22808/38) eine Wohnanlage für Studierende, bestehend aus einem Neubau und dem Umbau und Sanierung eines denkmalgeschützten Bestandsgebäudes (ehemaliges Stabsgebäude). Das Baugrundstück umfasst insgesamt eine Fläche von rund 11.500 m². Innerhalb des Baugrundstücks befindet sich eine für den Neubau mit 201 Wohnplätzen Fläche (Baufeld) von rund 2.600 m². Im Zusammenhang mit dem Bestandsgebäude definieren die zwei Gebäude einen Platz, in dem Grünflächen, Sitzplätze und Fahrrad-Stellplätze integriert sind. Die Eingänge zum Neubau befinden sich an den nordöstlichen und nordwestlichen Gebäudeecken; von diesen sind über kleine Foyers zwei Treppenhäuser zu erreichen. Das dritte Treppenhaus befindet sich zentral an der internen Promenade, die die zwei Eingänge verbindet. Im hohen Gebäudeteil an der Ostseite wird ein Aufzug vorgesehen. Im Erdgeschoss sind alle Gemeinschaftsnutzungen untergebracht, außerdem stehen 2 barrierefreie Appartements zur Verfügung. Der große Gemeinschaftsraum, der Musikraum und die Werkstatt liegen an der internen Promenade und haben direkten Zugang zu den zwei privaten Höfen. Der Neubau ist im mittleren Bereich für Technikräume teilunterkellert. /// Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Metallbauarbeiten für den Neubau.
