The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) through its Global Maritime Crime Programme intends to support the establishment of a training facility at the Seychelles Coast Guards. The project’s primary objectives of this requirement are: •To support the interdiction and combating contraband through training law enforcement officers across the Indian Ocean West. •To ensure establishment of a simulator VBS3/Ship-in-a-Box (SIAB) at the Coast Guard Base, Victoria, Seychelles. Specific Requirements/Information Pre-qualification of Vendors This pre-qualification is intended to assess vendors against pre-determined criteria listed below.
