Laufzeit: 3 Jahre ab letzter Unterzeichnung, mit Option auf Verlängerung um 3 + 2 Jahre (max. 8 Jahre). Finanzlimit: 20 Mio. NOK netto. Es wird ein Rahmenvertrag mit einem Lieferanten abgeschlossen, vorbehaltlich der Möglichkeit, weitere Lieferanten zu beauftragen. Die Vereinbarung endet mit Erreichen des Finanzlimits oder Ablauf der Laufzeit.
