Die Realisierung erfolgt vollumfänglich über einen EPC-Vertrag. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt die Gesamtverantwortung für Planung, Beschaffung, Errichtung, Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe der schlüsselfertigen Anlage. Die Liefer- und Leistungsgrenze bildet das Umspannwerk, an das der Speicher angeschlossen wird. The objective of the project is the construction of an operational battery storage facility with an installed power of 200 MW and a storage capacity between 400 and 800 MWh. The plant is designed as a commercially operated facility and is primarily geared towards participation in the wholesale electricity market (day-ahead and intraday) and the balancing energy markets. It is intended to contribute to the stabilisation of the power grid, support the integration of renewable energies and provide flexibility within the energy system.
