There will be a need for recruitment support for all types of positions except the CEO. We will also carry out employments without, or with lesser degree of assistance from a recruitment agency. This depends on the type of position and internal capacity. The objective of the framework agreement is to get support for professional recruitment processes of high quality that contribute to maintaining Eksfin's reputation as a serious employer and an attractive workplace. The recruitment processes shall occur within the current rules and routines for government employment. The framework agreement shall ensure access to relevant competence and capacity within communication consultancy services, content production and further development and management of the entity's digital communication areas. In order to ensure efficient, secure and stable management of the digital surfaces, it is necessary that the tenderer also provides hosting and technical support for the systems. NTNUTrondheimDeadline: Jun 16The aim of the procurement is to ensure NTNU, c/o the National Centre for Science Recruitment (NSR) access to relevant competence and capacity within strategic and operative communication assistance, including consultancy, content production, campaigns and further development of digital communication areas. Communication assistance is the framework agreement's main service and is expected to represent most of the activities included in the contract. As a part of the communication work, the Contracting Authority uses its own websites and digital systems as central communication areas. In order for the communication assistance to be delivered efficiently and predictable, it is necessary that these systems are stable, secure and available over time. The procurement therefore also includes hosting of the Contracting Authority's websites and technical systems (portfolio). Hosting is included in the framework agreement as a support service for the communication assistance and is provided as a fixed performance of a limited extent. The purpose of the hosting is to support the use and further development of the digital communication surfaces, not to be an independent main delivery. Kolumbus ASStavangerThe aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer (full service agency) who can deliver comprehensive communication and media agency services in support of Kolumbus ́s business goals. The delivery shall contribute to measurable effect, high implementation ability and quick response as needed.
