Beschaffung einer wissensbasierten Analyse zur Krankenstandsentwicklung in Norwegen im Vergleich zu Schweden und Dänemark. Ziel ist es, die Ursachen für Unterschiede auf Basis harmonisierter Registerdaten zu untersuchen. Der Umfang umfasst drei Lose: 1. Gesamtanalyse von Level und Entwicklung, 2. Analyse nach Gruppen sowie Dauer und Verlauf, 3. Analyse institutioneller Bedingungen und Zusammensetzungseffekte. Die Studie soll die IA-Vereinbarung 2025-2028 unterstützen und eine objektive Grundlage für Maßnahmen liefern. Laufzeit bis zur Einreichung des Abschlussberichts am 1. Oktober 2026. Budget: 4.000.000.000 NOK (exkl. MwSt.).
