Der NDR plant den bedarfsorientierten Bezug von Cloud-Dienstleistungen zur Unterstützung seiner Cloud- und Digitalisierungsstrategie. Die Ausschreibung ist in drei Lose gegliedert: Los 1 umfasst Leistungen zur Planung, Implementierung und zum Betrieb von Cloud-Infrastrukturen sowie Standardapplikationen. Los 2 umfasst Leistungen zur Planung, Entwicklung, Wartung, Implementierung und zum Betrieb eigener Cloud-Applikationen. Los 3 umfasst Leistungen zur Planung, Entwicklung, Wartung, Implementierung und zum Betrieb eigener KI-/GenAI-Anwendungen und KI-Lösungen in Cloud-Umgebungen. Die Leistungen werden in Form von Einzelabrufen über Miniwettbewerbe innerhalb der Rahmenvereinbarungen beauftragt. Zum Einsatz kommen insbesondere die Cloud-Plattformen AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, StackIT sowie die ARD Private Cloud. Die benötigten Fachrollen umfassen abhängig vom jeweiligen Los unter anderem Cloud-Architekten, Cloud-Engineers, Software-Entwickler, Data Engineers, AI Solution Architects, LLM/GenAI Engineers sowie ML/LLMOps Engineers.
