The procurement will be conducted as a negotiated procedure with prior pre qualification of candidates. A non exclusive framework agreement will be awarded to a single supplier, with an initial term of three years and an option for an additional four years, for a total potential duration of seven years. The estimated contract value is NOK 385 million, with an overall ceiling of NOK 710 million. The agreement covers the complete scope of supply and is not divided into lots. The procedure is organised as a two stage process, where this pre qualification constitutes stage 1. Only suppliers that meet the pre qualification requirements will be granted access to the tender stage (stage 2).
